Door panel:

Adopt process-laminated in a high level insulating polyurethane Freon free chemical process under continual product line. The surface of both side is high quality Baosteel steel sheet, PVDF coating which could resist logn-term shine, rain and ultraviolet radiation. It would not be faded winthin 15 years. The advantage is as follows: strong mucosity,good insulation(K≤0.5w/m²°C), no foam, density≥40Kg, working temperature span(-20°C-90°C), without air gap. The thickness of the door panel is 40mm. The thickness of steel sheet is 0.5mm. The height of each panel is 500mm. The class of fire–proof is B1. The door panel is designed for finger protection. The stand color is white-grey, silver-grey, light blue.

Track:

Combinated tracks(wall track and wheel track),high quality galvanized steel,2mm thick, galvanizing factor is 200.

Balancing system:

External torsion spring balancing system, with a minimum life cycles of 30,000.

Hardware:

Adopting high quality wheel bracket which is 5mm thick Al(uminum) alloy. Arc designing is easy for angle adjustment, prevent stress. Al(uminum) alloy is more corrosion proof and suitable for refrigeratory warehouse than galvanized steel. The hinge is stainless steel.

Sealing:

The bottom sealing is ¤ shape vinyl resin sealing strip in the base ante freezing. Damp proof and water resistant. The top and both sides are sealed with trough sealing strips. Panel and panel are also sealed.
